Hello my amazing Health Warriors!! How is it even November already?! I am so not there yet, but I guess there’s hope for me yet! 😂
I do hope that this past month has served you all well and that you are embracing better health! Be it a big change or a small one, as long as it’s in the right direction!
With the time change, the latest buzz in the USA and most recently, Remembrance Day, it has been a busy, and for some, an emotional month.
Much has happened in the world and it’s important that we find that joy within, and spread it far and wide. Be it a small gesture or a great act of kindness, it holds great value that is so uplifting and even healing to one’s heart. Both for the receiver, as well as for the giver!
I know and appreciate that it’s hard to be the receiver if you’ve always been the giver. But with that, there’s a beautiful exchange that emanates a frequency of love and kindness. It truly warms one’s heart to be able to give and help another out.
As a dear friend reminds me, “To not accept the gift gracefully, may in fact be robbing the other person of the actual blessing!” She’s so right, because as someone who’s been such a giver in life, I’d feel that way too if someone didn’t accept the ‘gift’, or whatever that may be. I get it. It’s an exchange of the heart and it is so gorgeous to experience. I have to accept that I’ve been a lover all of my life and that love comes back ten fold!
Thank you to my absolutely amazing and very generous friends in my life. I am very fortunate as not only have you blessed me with a gift, but you have blessed me with a learning experience that I am exceptionally grateful for.
I deeply look forward to the day that I’m able to give back! I know it will be even more powerful in my heart than ever before as I truly know both sides of the coin…and is it ever shiny! (You like what I did there?! 😘)
There’s a very real and active spiritual war happening all around us and we must remain in the light. Even in the dark, there is light!
I am not saying that your giving blessing has to have monetary value. It can be a priceless, yet meaningful hug, or a deep smile. A nice comment or compliment. It might mean helping a person out of a store with their groceries. Or perhaps creating an extra plate of food to gift to your neighbour when you’re already making a meal for your family. If you don’t know your neighbour, go knock on their door with a bouquet of flowers or a simple smile and a handshake!
It’s all profoundly energetic and vibrates at a very high frequency. God works in mysterious ways and His work here is not done.
We are to be active in good deeds and to help one another out, unselfishly and without expectation. When one helps someone but expects something in return, then they’re missing the big picture and quite possibly nurturing resentment or judgement.
With Christmas around the corner, I can’t see a better time to start being a giver as well as a graceful receiver! The spirit of heart is positively infectious! One of the best infections to ever get might I add! 😜
I strongly encourage you to give it a try. A REAL try! May God bless you in the doings as well as the receiving! Have fun with it! It helps the light to stay strong and powerful in the spiritual war!
On the discussion of blessings, I’m truly grateful for Dr. Shiva of the Marsden Centre for Integrative Excellence in Vaughan for blessing us last month with her valuable time and extremely informative information. I pray you all took something away that you’ve already started implementing into your wonderful lives!
To make small changes and be consistent in them, you are on target for better health and a better life! If you haven’t yet connected with her, you can find her here:
Speaking of better health, have I got an awesome lady to tell you all about! I can’t wait for you to meet her at the next seminar! (This week, Thursday the 14th).
This incredible woman holds many titles due to her love for continuous learning and wanting to help people.
Her name is Kari-Gail Roy-Jansson of Transformational Health in Huntsville.
Kari-Gail has been a registered nurse for over 30 years with 6 different fields under her belt! Two of which she specialized in diabetes and chemotherapy. This incredible lady has seen and worked with people of all ages and health situations. It doesn’t stop there though! Kari-Gail’s deep love for people, health and longevity kept her craving to learn more, and wow has she ever!
She is also a biofeedback specialist, a practitioner of reflexology and raindrop massage technique, and my favourite modality is that she specializes in an incredible energy enhancement system.
The EESystem ™, generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” and bio-scalar photonic fusion which can allow cell regeneration, improve circulation and immune function, reduce inflammation, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing R/L brain balance for optimal meditation and sleep states, increasing cell membrane potential, mitochondrial and stem cell activity and energy levels for optimum function. Like major WOW factor right?! If you have never heard of it, I highly recommend checking it out and learning more about it.
I have first hand experience of this amazing system and found myself to be fully relaxed during the treatment that I even had a small nap while receiving these amazing and multiple frequencies! It didn’t stop after I left either, as I continued to feel relaxed and clear minded, yet had lots of energy-even with my current low iron! I was impressed to say the least.
It’s a great way to set intentions and restart your cells at a healthier level. It is amazing to experience the before and after, and I plan to continue with these treatments.
I embraced the journey with love and curiosity, and cannot wait to get back in Kari-Gail’s big comfy chair!
While there, you will experience your own feelings of peace, relaxation and healing at a cellular level. You may even feel so much more! Or you may feel nothing, but trust me, it’s working! Every body is different.
As recommended by Kari-Gail, I went home and had a beautiful detox bath and drank my charged water. So rejuvenating!
It really is worth setting aside some time for yourself to go and have your own personal experience…it is fascinating stuff!
Please don’t just listen to what I say, do your research to solidify what I’m sharing here…check out Kari-Gail and review other clients testimonies and their great successes by having this treatment from her. I love these stories!! Click the link and read for yourself! It literally IS transformational!
